Your trading name, physical and postal address, names of Directors, phone numbers, email addresses, fax number, Canada Revenue Agency business number, licensing and insurance details.
2. For individual users:

Your vehicle make/model and colour or photo of your vehicle
Email address
Your telephone number
Your Location details when you park and use our Services
Payment and billing information
Your payment method details that you provide through our App system are confidential and sent directly to third party payment providers. They are not stored on our servers and our employees do not have access to these details.
Parking booking history: For your convenience we store complete history of locations and dates of your previously booked parking sites to make repeat parking easier for you.
Phone number or Email: we may contact you via phone or email should there be any issues with your account bookings.
Users who have booked a parking space through the App System and the owner or operator of the rented parking space are sent out a confirmation email by us to confirm completion of the booking.
3. For Owners, business customers:
Your entity name (e.g. corporate, partnership, trust name), business trading name, postal address, names of directors and officers, names of various contacts with whom we deal with or reasonably expect to deal with within your business, business hours, business after-hours phone number(s), and email address (es) for all those with whom we deal or could reasonably expect to deal with including bank account details for collecting or transferring monthly service fees. Financial information will not be used to carry out transactions not approved by the individual.
4. For visitors to our website:
Date and time of your visit, pages you visited, information on the device and/or browser used to view our website, IP addresses and generic location details (generally by city/town).
5. We only disclose your personal information to:
Those of our employees and subcontractors who have a requirement for such information;
Our advisors: lawyers, accountants and debt collection agencies;
Banks or other payment providers who process customer payments on our behalf;
Relevant persons employed or contracted by us, or when required to do so by law.
We may use part of the personal information of our clients or users to offer new services and products, generally in the form of emails or postal mail.
We may share part of your personal information with the owners of a parking space you have inquired about, whether that is a private owner, parking operator or commercial partner of Appway in order for you to receive a relevant response to your enquiry.
Our website might contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other website. We ask our users to be aware when they log out of our website and to read the privacy policy of every website that collects personally identifiable information.
6. Maintenance and incident management:
Should you experience issues with our services, we may need to process some of your personal information, such as your name and vehicle license plate number in order to resolve the respective issue. We might also use your personal information in relation to certain system improvements of development processes, for occurrence if we move customer data to a new database.
